Sycuan Resort Presentation Sales Kit and Rack Brochure
This 12-page presentation sales kit was designed with hand-chosen specialty paper, multi-level embosses, gold foil, custom vellum flysheets and a high quality uncoated paper for the inside sheets with a UV coating over the images. Photos were chosen from a photo shoot and selected stock imagery. Creatively directed, designed, copy-written and executed to successfully increase group/tournament sales. Also created: several folding insert brochures such as a rack brochure (shown), golf tournament, golf academy and spa brochure and a stationary package of letterhead, envelopes and business cards.

Presentation folder with side pocket designed with hand-chosen FSC certified environmentally friendly paper with spot varnishes to enhance property photos and design elements used to create custom presentation folders per client requests containing information on a variety of properties and developments. Also created: investment packets with tab design and note cards.
Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center Rack Brochure
The Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center Rack Brochure was created based on the Sheraton’s brand guidelines and rack brochure template with the artistic freedom of choosing from the companies existing library of photography working with the Director of Sales and Marketing to finalize copy and layout.

Heritage Golf Group TPC Passport Program Collateral
TPC Passport is a premium concierge program designed to deliver a memorable golf experience within the TPC Network and The Heritage Collection. The tri-fold brochure offers an overview and outlines the features and benefits of the program. Posters, calendars, feature sheets, cart cards, table tents, email campaigns, web banners, advertisements, etc. were also developed as part of this program.
Heritage Ranch & Golf Country Club Brochure
Heritage Ranch & Golf Country Club, managed by Western Golf Properties, features a championship golf course designed by one of the nation’s leading golf course architects, Arthur Hills. This 8-page brochure was created using photography shot at the golf course and clubhouse using a ranch inspired design. Other pieces created to support the brochure were brochure inserts, cart card signs, table tents, posters and several advertisements focused on memberships, tournaments and events including weddings and dining.
Morgan Run Club & Resort Presentation Brochure
This 12-page presentation brochure for Morgan Run Resort & Club was designed with hand-chosen specialty paper, a blind emboss, metallic gold accent ink and custom vellum fly sheets. Creatively designed, copy-written and executed to successfully increase group/tournament sales. Also created: a folding brochure for the hotel to inform guest of the many amenities offered including boutique-style accommodations featuring lush landscaping, wonderful dining, golf, tennis, fitness, pool and spa facilities.

This multi-page staggering tab brochure was designed with digital printing in mind with a goal to establish exceptional schools worldwide using a proprietary early education program based on Montessori philosophy with a well-balanced curriculum, well-defined process and structure.
NetSapiens Presentation Folder, Feature Sheets and Business Card
This collateral was designed as part of a package to brand a start-up telecommunications company using stock photography and hand-drawn vector art to produce demonstrative diagrams and compelling visual graphics and to provide user-friendly VoIP solutions to it’s clients. Also produced were many ads published in telecom trade magazines, display graphics and marketing materials for tradeshows, signage, stationary, a website design and more.
Maderas Golf Group Collateral
Maderas Golf Group promotes several programs at their Club, one being the Maderas Advantage Program which offers exclusive club services like discounted greens fees, weekly member only events and an opportunity to purchase a range pass to one of the counties best practice facilities! Created, designed and developed as part of the program is an application brochure with the program details and an application form, posters, feature sheets, cart card signs, table tents and website graphics.
Anastasia Beverly Hills La Jolla Spa Brochure and Gift Card
The Anastasia Beverly Hills La Jolla spa brochure and gift card were designed knowing a two color print process was in store. To utilize two colors best, a metallic eggplant and different opacities of an off white pantone color were used along with the company logo a custom vector floral art design.
